Ron has extensive experience in the selection, nutrition and maintenance of grasses for the turf industry. He has specialist knowledge in the construction and refurbishment of all types of turf facilities including sportsfields, golf courses, bowling greens and racetracks.
Ron has provided specialist consultancy to many organisations throughout Australia. He is also a regular contributor to a national turf publication.

Michael Robinson B.Agr.Sci (Hons)
Michael has extensive experience in testing of natural and synthetic surfaces, soil and water analysis, R&D, computing and statistical analysis. He has conducted numerous contract research trials and product development work for industry including the evaluation of new pesticides, fertilisers, turfgrass varieties and management techniques.
He is a regular speaker at industry seminars and conferences, lectures turf students from apprenticeship to degree level and runs short courses around Australia. Michael has authored two turf books, had papers published in Scientific Journals as well as written numerous articles for Turf magazines.

David McGeary B.Agr.Sci., M.Agr.Sci.
David has been a turf consultant since 1989, following 8 years as a Research Scientist with the Department of Agriculture.
David has extensive experience in all facets of turf consultancy, with special reference to on-site problems solving, disease diagnostics, golf course and sportsfield audits, construction design, formulation of tenders and construction supervision. David’s Australia wide experience brings value to all client services.

Peter Anderson
Peter is actively involved in servicing clients within all areas of the turf industry as well as providing consultancy to the landscaping industry and soil suppliers. He also services a number of soil suppliers and public/private schools. Peter specialises in the upgrading of school sporting fields.
Peter’s expertise across a range of disciplines in horticulture allows him to provide cost effective solutions where growing conditions are not ideal.

Alan Stobbie
Alan has been involved in turf management for over 20 years in Australia, having worked as the head curator at a major grammar school; for a renovation/construction company; at NMIT TAFE College as a teacher and running the turf consultancy section (including CAD survey and design, plan production; contact and specification writing, and Supervision); and finally for a major construction company involved in golf courses, sports ovals, bowling greens and race courses. This gives Alan a wide range of knowledge and experience in all aspects of turf management from the perspective of the client through to the practical needs of the contractor.
